Requirements to be accomplished in 5 sets:

  • 3 sets for DOE-ERDB
  • 1 set for DOE-MFO
  • 1 set as applicant’s receiving copy

Process of applicatio:

1.1 Coal Trader’s Accreditation

  1. Duly accomplished ERDB Form 2011-11
  2. Certificate of Registration Issued by proper government agencies such as; (1) Securities and Exchange Commission, (2) Department of Trade and Industry, or (3) Cooperative Development Authority
  3. Coal Supply Contract and/or Purchase Agreement if applicable, or Deed of Undertaking with a COC D/P holder, independent SSCMP holder of foreign coal supplier for a period of at least one (1) year
  4. Other supporting and relevant documents that the DOE may find necessary for the proper evaluation of the application

1.2 Coal End-User’s Registration

  1. Duly accomplished ERDB Form 2011-2
  2. Certificate of Registration by proper agencies such as; (1) Securities and Exchange Commission, (2) Department of Trade and Industry, or (3) Cooperative Development Authority
  3. Technical specifications of coal-fired equipment and location
  4. Other supporting and relevant documents that the DOE may find necessary for the proper evaluation of the application

2.0 - Issuing of Assessment Slip and payment of NON-refundable Application Fee of:

  • Php 3,500/application for Coal Trader’s Accreditation
  • Php 5,000/application for Coal End-User’s Registration
